Confirmed orders are those for which payment has been made in full or part to the order total to freeze the transaction rates. This rate is frozen for a maximum of two days. Such a condition offers you the flexibility of completing the payment of the order total within this time period in order for the transaction to be executed.
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been executed.
Confirmed orders can be cancelled if the actual transaction has not been executed; such cancellations will be levied with cancellation charges irrespective of full/partial payment already received.
Unconfirmed orders are those where no partial or full payment to the order total has been made.
Such unconfirmed orders do not have any fixed exchange rate & can be cancelled at any point before confirmation without any charges.
Orders can be cancelled by calling us on our helpline number +91 8069554112. Another way of cancelling the order is by sending a cancellation request email to cancellations@multimoney.co.in with the order ID & cancellation reason.
If a customer cancels a confirmed order, a cancellation charge of 5% of the order total payable amount shall be charged & the rest of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
The turnaround time* for refunds are anywhere between 7 – 21 working days depending on the mode of payment for the respective order:
Net banking – Up to 5-7 working days
Debit Card – Up to 10 working days
Credit Card – Up to 21 working days
*All the above-mentioned TATs are as per the standard of banking practices. These TATs may vary depending on the bank or the payment mode used.
